We are delighted that our keep fit class continues to recruit new members.
Every class begins with some warm-up stretches and gentle upper and lower body movement. The middle section will be at a faster pace working the whole body. The final section is our cool down with some chair exercises and stretches. We don’t do any floor work but fear not, you will get a full body work out.

The routines will get you feeling warmer and a little out of breath, but in a good way. We are sure you will enjoy the motivational music.

Many of the group meet in the café after the class, so it is a great opportunity to make new friends and socialise.
All you need is footwear that is suitable for an indoor exercise class (please ask if unsure), a bottle of water and £1.00 – the weekly fee.
