Research shows that as we grow older, active music-making can enhance social cohesion, increase personal development and help contribute to all-round wellbeing. The aim of the group is to enable anyone who wishes to join with like-minded people, to learn and play the Ukulele. All levels of skill are welcome. The ukulele is an easy instrument to learn and most beginners will be able to play and sing a number of simple songs after a couple of meetings.
